In stock items ordered before 3pm Pacific will be shipped that same day, and scheduled to arrive within 2-5 business days. US Only.
In stock items ordered before 12pm Pacific will be shipped that same day, and scheduled to arrive the 1-3 business day. US Only.
As a part of our commitment to our nation's military, we gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, discounted shipping rate applies only to the 48 contiguous states. In stock items ordered before 11am Pacific will be shipped that same day, and scheduled to arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No, sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
All unused items and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt of products. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.
Please call us right away (or within 14 days) if you have changed your mind about the product(s). Be sure to return the product(s) with your invoice within 14 days. Once we have received the product(s) and confirmed that it is in resellable condition, we will send you the refund. Please note, we are not able to refund the shipping cost of the product(s) sent to you and returned to us.

- Should I include my phone number when ordering? Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders. The carrier needs this in case of any difficulty finding an address. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery.
- How soon will I receive my order? We aim to ship within 1-2 working days approximately.
- When will I know my order has been shipped? As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us with your tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date. Please note, all shipments are collected around 4pm Pacific Standard Time, so no tracking numbers will show any movement on the UPS website before this time (4pm PST) as the orders would not have been scanned out of our warehouse and into first location en route to you.
- Can I change my order once its placed? Yes, but since we ship items out usually within the day we must be notified ASAP. Once your order has been shipped, it's not possible for us to change it.
